This Committee comprises the 'Officers' of the Parochial Church Council: the Vicar, both Churchwardens, Secretary, Treasurer, Building & Maintenance Coordinator.
They usually meet between PCC meetings to discuss details of matters to be brought to the full PCC and set any special items for the PCC Agenda. They are also empowered to make `emergency' decisions at short notice, eg authorising urgent repairs to leaking pipes.
